Tim and Beverly were High school sweethearts marrying in 1975.  During the 70's they founded two different contemporary Christian Bands that performed original music and ministered throughout the Midwest. After their two children were born in the 80's, they settled down into their careers.  But during a revival in their local church, God spoke to them, calling them into full-time ministry. At the time Tim had worked in senior management for a computer software company for over 20 years.  Beverly was an Art Teacher and a writer for the local newspaper. They were certain of what God was asking of them so they left their careers behind and began traveling the nation as Assembly of God Evangelists. 

During this time they felt God leading them to relocate to West Florida. So they moved to the Lloyd area from the suburbs of Chicago in 1999.  Soon after arriving they began a Bible training school preparing individuals for ministry, thereby multiplying the outreach that God had called them to accomplish.

They eventually became U.S. Missionaries in the Assemblies of God Church Planting and Development department.  In 2007, God led them to plant a church and Transforming Life Church was born in August of that year.
